European Residency Kft. does not issue residence permits and does not represent government authorities. Final decisions regarding residence permits are made exclusively by the competent Hungarian government bodies.

Fees paid for advisory services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

All immigration decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant government authorities.

  • Delays caused by government authorities
